Safety Equipment for Training and Meets

Just a reminder:

The following safety equipment is not only required in competition but also at every practice! You need protection for Ankles, Eye, Hand, Head, Knee, Neck, Rest of Body, and Shins.  The following document, provided by Speed Skating Canada, has all the details:

Section-D-Safe-and-Welcoming-Environment

Make sure you have all your equipment every time you come to practice so you can participate.
